As part of the Serbian Chamber of Healthcare Facilities (KZUS) Conference taking place on Zlatibor, today’s workshop, “Moneo Step by Step: Frequently Asked Questions and Practical Solutions” was dedicated to Moneo business information system.

The workshop was managed by Dragana Ašković, Senior Software Implementation Consultant, and Danica Jovanović, Project Manager at Heliant. Valuable insights were also shared by representatives of healthcare facilities who use Moneo in their daily operations: Milena Stojsavljević from the University Clinical Centre of Serbia (UKCS), Bojana Sedlarević from Valjevo Healthcare Centre, and Mirjana Josifović from the “Narodni front” University Hospital for Gynaecology and Obstetrics.

Through practical examples and real-world experiences from healthcare facilities, participants were presented with the most common issues and challenges related to using the Moneo financial management system, along with practical solutions that simplify everyday processes and improve operational efficiency.

Special attention was given to features that support the digitalization and automation of business processes, including the use of electronic delivery notes (e-delivery notes), automatic invoice import, financial reporting, and other tools that enable more efficient and transparent business management within healthcare facilities.

The workshop brought together both existing Moneo users and representatives of healthcare facilities interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the system’s capabilities. Its interactive format encouraged an open exchange of experiences, questions, and practical examples from everyday work, with a strong focus on actionable solutions that participants can readily apply.

The strong attendance of healthcare facility representatives once again highlighted the growing importance of digitalizing business processes in the healthcare sector, as well as the need for continuous education and knowledge sharing among users of healthcare information systems.
