Yesterday and today, Heliant participated in the 7th Congress of Healthcare Professionals in the Private Sector, held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and organized by the Association of Private Healthcare Facilities and Private Practices of Serbia. This traditional event brought together around 1,000 healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and biochemists from the private sector with the aim of exchanging knowledge and presenting the latest practical solutions.

The program covered current topics in the fields of public health and metabolism, with a focus on the prevention and treatment of diabetes and obesity, modern approaches to the treatment of hyperlipidaemia (lipid disorders), as well as the role of immunity and stress in patient health. These topics were addressed through lectures and discussions led by renowned experts.

During the Congress, we presented participants and visitors with the comprehensive Heliant Healthcare Information System, designed for larger private healthcare networks, as well as Heliant Cloud, a solution tailored for small and medium-sized private practices and polyclinics. Special attention was given to the online appointment scheduling system, which connected private healthcare facilities with insurance companies and enabled patients to easily schedule appointments through the facility’s website.

For private healthcare providers, we have also developed a dedicated mobile application that can be connected to a patient’s electronic health record, allowing patients to view scheduled and completed appointments, as well as other relevant health information. This innovation represents another step in our ongoing commitment to providing reliable and modern digital support to private healthcare providers.

In addition to its comprehensive educational program, the Congress provided an excellent opportunity for networking and learning about innovations that contribute to improving healthcare delivery in the private sector.
