Heliant Booking Tool – Schedule without waiting
Imagine a system that works like a flight search engine – except that instead of airline tickets, it finds free appointments for medical examinations. This is exactly what the Heliant Booking Tool does, a central scheduler that connects private healthcare facilities with insurance companies.
Through an intuitive interface and advanced filters, the system shows in real time where appointments are available for a particular service, at the desired location and in the selected period. The scheduling process thus becomes faster, simpler and more precise. It is used every day by patients who can easily make an appointment at Euromedik Polyclinic and the Ophthalmology Hospital – Dr. Suvajac through the website.
Heliant Booking Tool was developed in cooperation with the software company Medifit from Slovenia. It is currently connected to Sava and Globos Insurance, and the plan is to expand the network of partners. This tool will soon be integrated with the Heliant Cloud platform and mobile app – allowing patients to make appointments on their own without intermediaries.
