The fAIr, an artificial intelligence fair organized by Harmonius, an association of scientists and researchers in the field of legal studies, was held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade. The event brought together representatives of academia, industry, and institutions to discuss the challenges and opportunities that the development of artificial intelligence brings to various sectors.
Heliant participated in the panel discussion “Leadership in Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals: Knowledge, Passion, or the X Factor,” which opened a range of important topics related to the role of leaders in an era of rapid technological change. The discussion focused on how new technologies were shaping the healthcare sector, the importance of innovation in everyday operations, and the skills required for successfully leading organizations and teams today.
During the discussion, participants highlighted that artificial intelligence and digital transformation were having an increasingly significant impact on healthcare systems, changing the way decisions were made, processes were organized, and services were developed. In such an environment, leadership would become one of the key factors for success—not only in adapting to change but also in driving it.
The panel was moderated by Radomir Cerović from Roche, while the panellists included Emilija Vuković from Agile Dynamics Tech, Aleksandar Ćirić from Novo Nordisk, Josif Jusković from Galenika, and Vukašin Radulović representing Heliant. The exchange of experience from various fields contributed to a meaningful discussion on how the combination of knowledge, vision, and readiness for change could support the development of healthcare and pharmaceuticals in the years ahead.
