At the annual conference of the Chamber of Healthcare Facilities of Serbia (CHIS), held in Vrnjačka Banja, the company Heliant presented the new version of its business information system Moneo— a solution used by more than 150 healthcare facilities for managing finances, human resources, and administration.

The conference, held this year under the slogan “Changes Never Stop – Let’s Be Prepared”, traditionally brings together a large number of healthcare professionals, managers, administrators, and IT experts from across the healthcare system.

During the premiere of the upgraded business software, Moneo 3.0, the Heliant team has presented the key functionalities of the new version, emphasizing faster performance, a modernized user interface, and features that make everyday operations easier for healthcare facilities.

Particular attention was drawn to functionalities such as automatic retrieval of invoices from the national Electronic Invoicing System (SEF), the introduction of e-Delivery Notes, more efficient human resources management, and the ability to register fixed assets using barcodes.

Company representatives emphasized that these improvements are the result of many years of experience working with hospitals and primary healthcare centres, with the goal of simplifying and accelerating administrative processes in line with increasing legal obligations in the public sector.

Participants were also shown how Moneo integrated with other Heliant healthcare systems, enabling unified monitoring of both clinical and business operations of healthcare facilities—from finance and procurement to laboratory and medical procedures. This integration ensures significant time savings and reduces administrative errors.

The CHIS conference also featured discussions on current legislative amendments, new steps in the digitalization of Serbia’s healthcare system such as e-sick leave, access to innovative therapies, financial management models, as well as challenges in the operation of public healthcare facilities and recommendations from the State Audit Institution.
