The new academic year in the “Health and Pharmaceutical Law” program at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, has been officially started, and Heliant proudly highlights its continued participation in this important educational program. One of the lecturers in the program is Vukašin Radulović, Director of Heliant, who will share practical knowledge with students in the areas of healthcare digitalization, healthcare regulations, and the application of law in the modern healthcare system.

The continuous development of the healthcare and pharmaceutical services market creates a clear need for specialists in health and pharmaceutical law — lawyers, pharmacists, doctors, and clinical research experts. Their role is crucial in ensuring that these socially significant activities are carried out in accordance with the law, while fully protecting the rights of patients and users of pharmaceutical services. For this reason, the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade, as a leading legal institution in the region, recognizes its responsibility to meet market needs through high-quality continuing education programs.

The “Health and Pharmaceutical Law” program offers students not only a credible certificate but also applicable theoretical knowledge and practical skills that are increasingly in demand in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

Heliant is pleased to support such initiatives and believes that collaboration between the academic community and industry is key to the further development of the healthcare sector. The participation of our Director in this program demonstrates the company’s commitment to developing skilled professionals and improving the healthcare system in Serbia, in line with modern market needs and the requirements of patients and pharmaceutical service users.

We hereby invite all interested lawyers, healthcare professionals, and those who wish to specialize at the intersection of law and healthcare to apply — additional information is available at the link.

We would like to thank everyone who contributed to launching this initiative and believe that this is just the beginning of a long-term, valuable, and important collaboration.
