We’re looking for a skilled and talented UX/UI Product Designer to join our R&D team.
Responsibilities
Design and implementation of the visual look and feel of our products including layout, styles, graphics, and icons.
Collection and evaluation of user requirements in collaboration with product owners and developers
Identification and troubleshooting user weaknesses and UX problems
Building interactive prototypes to quickly validate concepts
Creation and updating of the design system and UI style guide
Collaboration with product owners on usability testing and user interviews
Ensuring consistency across all platforms and products
Requirements
2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design
Knowledge of standard design tools like Sketch, InVision or Figma
Strong design portfolio of software applications for mobile devices or web that shows versatility
Understanding the limitations of front-end technologies
Strong conceptual and communication skills in order to efficiently conduct usability tests and user interviews
Ability to define problems & goals, map user flows
Meticulous attention to detail
Fluency in English
Advantages
Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
Programming skills (knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS will be considered as an advantage)
Familiarity with design systems, design tokens
Knowledge of design systems and Material design language
Experience with complex SaaS and B2B products will be considered as a plus
