The Ministry of Health portal – eHealth – which enables the interaction of physicians and patients during the coronavirus epidemic, has also made physician-patient communication much faster and easier.

 

Physicians can directly access this portal through the Heliant Health information system, where patients can fill in a questionnaire by entering information on the symptoms of coronavirus infection, based on which physicians will provide guidance on further treatment and procedures.

Heliant has enabled physicians to log in directly from Health to eHealth and access all necessary information on infected patients, as well as to monitor the development of the disease.

 

This will facilitate monitoring of the situation with the epidemic, as well as the path to obtaining very important information regarding the disease.

This portal also allows for direct electronic communication with respiratory outpatient facilities, where patients will be able to ask questions regarding covid-19.
