Integration with the healthcare system
“We started to use Moneo in January 2012. Before that, we used the Heliant health information system, with which Moneo is now fully integrated”, says Marina Bjelica, pointing out that she works in Moneo every day, while she uses only certain reports from the Heliant health software or when she needs some information for invoicing purposes.
“We are very pleased with Moneo. Not only does it make our day-to-day work easier, but now we have all the data on employees since 2012, as well as on our partners since 2013”.
Efficiency
“It is great that there are no more repetitions of some steps during the work. For example, when an accountant enters an invoice, there is no need to enter it somewhere else again and thus duplicate the work, which was previously performed by a bookkeeper.
In addition to savings, the possibility of error or any data discrepancy was also reduced. Now with three people, we complete all the work – in the warehouse, liquidation section and in the accounting department, where there is automatic posting. It’s all very easy and simple and with fewer people engaged in these activities. We are very satisfied with the efficiency of this software”, says Bjelica.
Reduced possibility of error
“Software defines what each user can do, which part of that software the user can enter and thus the possibility of error is avoided.
It can be limited so that someone can only view a contract – let’s say a contract on public procurement – but not to make any amendments to it”.
Security
“We also have good cooperation with Heliant Moneo employees – if any problem arises, it is resolved in one hour if it is possible. We are sure that whatever the problem, we will be provided help so that, for example, we would not be prevented to pay the salaries to employees due to some error.
We are satisfied and pleased – Moneo does not need a better recommendation than to have satisfied users who recommend this software to other clients.
