Another year of dedicated work, continuous improvement, and successful implementation of our software solutions is behind us. Through ongoing development, modernization, and implementation of the Heliant, Moneo, and Infolab systems, we have continued to build long-term partnerships and establish new collaborations with healthcare facilities across Serbia and the region.

National-Level Projects

We would particularly highlight the projects implemented at the national level, including enhancements to the information systems of the Serbian Health Insurance Fund, covering areas such as international cooperation, electronic invoicing, the chosen physician registry, and human resources records. A significant contribution was also achieved through projects connecting local healthcare information systems with central government services such as e-Sick Leave, e-Prescription, e-AIDS, and eLab, as well as through cooperation with the Office for IT and eGovernment on the data service bus used to connect healthcare facilities.

Specialized Software Projects

In addition, Heliant successfully delivered a number of specialized software projects, including the development of the information system for the Medical Chamber of Serbia, a digital clinical HAE registry in cooperation with Takeda, and a website for the Association ŽC Milica. These projects further endorse the company’s ability to meet complex and highly specific requirements of diverse users.

Growth in User Base and Software Enhancements

Alongside development projects, there has been strong growth in the number of users of our existing software solutions. An increasing number of primary healthcare centres, hospitals, clinics, and private healthcare systems are choosing Heliant software solutions, recognizing their reliability, flexibility, and long-term value.

The Moneo business information system has been implemented in numerous healthcare facilities, where it provides reliable support for financial, human resources, and operational management. During the year, a new version of the Moneo system was developed, featuring additional and enhanced functionalities in response to user needs and their pursuit of modern business operations. At the same time, the Infolab laboratory system continues to be successfully introduced in laboratories of primary healthcare centres, hospitals, and health centres, enabling standardization, faster processing, and integration of laboratory data with the rest of the healthcare system.

A Growing Network of Trust

The continuous year-on-year increase in the number of users confirms the trust that healthcare facilities place in our solutions, as well as the company’s long-term commitment to developing stable, interoperable, and secure information systems. Our focus remains on improving the quality of healthcare through the digitalization of processes, optimization of operations, and greater availability of data for patients and facilities.

In the period ahead, Heliant will continue to invest in the development of new functionalities, strengthening partnerships, and expanding the adoption of its software solutions, with a clear goal of being a reliable pillar of digital healthcare in Serbia and the region.
