Heliant proudly took part in marking the anniversary of the “Open the Blue Circle” initiative, which for five years has been bringing together a community dedicated to the prevention of and fight against diabetes. The celebration was organized by our long-standing partner Novo Nordisk, with whose support we developed the official OPK website and mobile application—key digital platforms that follow and support this important initiative.

 

Under the slogan “A Perfect Five for the First Five,” the gathering was held on December 10 at the “Miljenko Dereta” venue, where we symbolically walked together through fond memories, recalling the many activities and moments that have marked the early years of the initiative.

 

 

The hosts emphasized that over half a decade, OPK had become much more than a campaign—it is a community that continues to grow stronger each year and encourages participants to push their personal boundaries. Every new step taken within the initiative represents a step toward new victories in the prevention of and fight against diabetes.

We are especially pleased that the digital solutions developed in cooperation with Novo Nordisk play an important role in this process—from supporting walk participants and raising awareness to the long-term development of healthier habits.
