At this year’s Counselling organized by the Chamber of Healthcare Facilities of Serbia (KZUS) on December 3, 4 and 5, 2025 in Vrnjačka Banja, Heliant will present improvements in its business software Moneo. As part of the presentation, the functionalities of the new version of Moneo 3.0 will be shown, developed with the aim of further speeding up and simplifying daily operations of healthcare facilities.
Moneo 3.0 – modernized interface and faster work with new shortcuts
In the introductory section, we will present the main innovations on the platform, especially the improved user interface and the new shortcut system that ensures much faster navigation through the system. The focus is on efficiency and intuitiveness, so that users can perform key processes faster.
New functionalities: eDispatch notes, loading fixed assets with a barcode and automatic loading of invoices from the SEF
The participants of the Counselling will be introduced to the key functional extensions in Moneo 3.0, such as: creation and processing of eDispatch notes, faster recording of fixed assets through a bar-code reader, automated download of invoices directly from the SEF, and other innovations that will significantly speed up the work of procurement and accounting.
eDispatch notes – digitalization of material business flows
The process of creating, sending and tracking eDispatch notes will be presented in more detail. It will be explained how digital dispatch notes improve material business flows, reduce manual labour, and increase data accuracy.
User experience, monitoring of legal changes and complete personnel records
A special section is dedicated to improving daily operations through a modern designed interface and efficient adaptation to legal changes. The complete personnel records in Moneo will be displayed – the registry of employees, all current changes and the history of changes, including work with the AUR-form. The connection of personnel records with the payroll accounting was also emphasized, which enabled the import of data from Moneo to Iskra with minimal manual entry.
In addition, the calculation and import of transport to/from work will be shown, including corrections for employees working at multiple locations, as well as the calculation of transport to/from work for employees who pursue specialist studies, work with capitation grades (import/export tables), calculation of work contracts, supplementary work and temporary jobs, which is performed entirely in Moneo.
Advanced Reporting Options and Benefits of Using Shortcuts
In the final part of the presentation, the possibilities of advanced reporting will be shown, from standard views to custom analytical views. Particularly noteworthy are new shortcuts and filtering and search tools that allow for faster decision-making and more efficient work with data.
