“Practice Days”, a popular student event organized by the Student Union of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, was held this year for the 11th time from February 27 to March 3 .
During these five days, it gathered more than 1,000 participants in the Belgrade hotel “Metropol Palace”. Along with the company “Heliant”, the event was also attended by the companies “Milšped”, “Generali osiguranje”, “Banca Intesa”, “MK group”, as well as many others.
Students attended educational workshops in various fields, especially from the IT industry, and had the opportunity to show their practical skills in case studies organized during the event. In conversations with company representatives, they received recommendations and advice that they could apply in practice.
The company “Heliant” presented its information systems and technologies used by the majority of healthcare facilities in Serbia at the “Practice Days” event.
The conversations of students in their final years of many faculties in Belgrade with the representatives of the “Heliant” company team were dynamic and inspiring, with a mutual desire for some of them to continue improving through internships or employment in the company itself.
The goal of this event is to prepare students for the next step in their career and open the door to leading companies on the Serbian market.
