At the end of December, at the Remix Event Center in Karađorđeva, we organized a party to remember – a real software “reset” for entering 2025! 💫
Was it New Year’s Eve or a beta test for the best entertainment in the region? It’s hard to tell! One thing is certain – Heliant has once again shown how diligent work and top celebration are combined.
This celebration was not only an opportunity to round off another successful year, but also a moment to reflect on all the achievements, thank each team member for their contribution and start dreaming new dreams for the upcoming year. 🥂🎉
Over 160 Heliant members with family, friends and business partners filled the space with energy and joy, as if the whole of Belgrade was tuned to the frequency of a good mood!
With live music, dancing, making photos and laughter that didn’t stop until the end of the party, the atmosphere was truly festive.
Of course, no celebration of Heliant passes without Vukašin’s famous inspiring speech. As usual, there was a special focus on our jubilees. All those who have been part of the Heliant family for 5, 10 or 15 years have received plaques, recognitions and, most importantly, ovations from the heart. 💖

There was no article that she couldn’t configure. Relationships are her specialty, especially those towards animals. She has embellished every Heliant celebration with her calligraphy. She is the proud owner of several first and last names, and who knows how many nicknames. However, it is enough to say just one thing – Marinela, 5 years with us.
Reliable and efficient. Calm and cultured (except when she is in the South Stand). The first playmaker of our defense – Filip Šumulikovski, 10 years with us.
When I want to understand something, to really understand it, I ask her. For her, there is no “impossible” – but – “let me think a bit”. We would all be better off if we listened to her more and helped her more – Head of Heliant Core Development, Sofija Relić, 10 great years with us.
The backbone of Moneo implementation. Persistent, systematic and patient. Mom of little Gliša – Jelena Popović, 10 years with us.
Birth certificate or chosen doctor – Each of us found ourselves in the software that he designed. Military discipline and reliability. Bogdan and Lazar’s father – Boban Mladenović, 15 great years with us.
The leader of the blue team’s development, the master of personnel records, liquidations and optimizations. Dad of Đurđa and the first Moneo baby Sara – Milan Stanojević, 15 years with us.
Leader of large Heliant implementation projects. Private or public sector. Laboratory or practice. A man who plays equally well in all positions. Father of little Vasilija – Milan Simonović, 15 great years with us.

A girl who loves to travel, but also to snuggle up in a warm home. Or at least in Zara’s clothes, that’s a real joy! Now she’s a proud habitant of Zemun, but we can’t get Kikinda out of her! Our smiling colleague, Ljubojević until recently, from this year we have to announce her as (Vasilija) Vanja Ćirović!
A girl who loves to travel even more than Vanja, and often keeps her company. Energetic and with the most aggressive laugh you’ve ever heard. She doesn’t come to the office often, but when she does, we all look forward to her. Except when she shows up twice in the same week. Although she rhymes with “pijana (drunk)”, we’ve never seen her like that. The unique Tijana Mitrović!
A bigger Serb than many Serbians, he has the shortest route from home to the company. He does fiscals like there’s no tomorrow, makes widgets, sends to the SJZ, eBoluje… He doesn’t even try to code without a ruler, and he promotes the dark mode of Eclipse around the company. When it gets too hot, the Black Sheep (ice cream producer) looks forward to him, and of course the entire 4th floor. He leaves no one indifferent, ladies and gentlemen, Petar (Pero) Rmuš!
A graduate in automation, he still decided to enter the programming world. A bit quiet and secretive, you would think he had nothing to say. But when it comes time to work at the pharmacy, he really shows off. If you know Portuguese, you could probably practice it with him. In the absence of that, let’s say hello to Đole Nušević!
A resident football player with a cheerful disposition, one of the most frequent and fastest runners on Business Run. We love him most in July, when he brings famous raspberries from Arilje, sweet as pie. And there is no mobile application developed by Heliant that hasn’t passed through his hands. The modest midfielder of Heliant, Vujica Luković!
What’s in store for us in 2025? With a team like this, there is no doubt that it will be a year of new records, achievements and, of course, even more reasons to celebrate.
