The Counselling Conference, a traditional expert meeting organized by the Chamber of Healthcare Facilities of Serbia (CHIS), under the title “Health for all – priorities and perspectives” was held from May 29 to 31 in Zlatibor.

 

During the meeting, the most current organizational, legal and financial issues in healthcare were discussed, which attracted a large number of employees from healthcare facilities.

Experts from Serbia and the region attended the conference and delivered lectures, as well as representatives of all important facilities in the healthcare system.

In addition to current issues in the healthcare system in Serbia, which were highlighted by the representatives of the Ministry of Health and the National Health Insurance Fund at the beginning of the Counselling Conference, the motivation of employees in healthcare and the even availability and distribution of staff, financial management and control, internal audit and other topics were also discussed. One of the speakers in the introductory part was Prof. Dr. Georgios Konstantinidis, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CHIS, who talked about “Climate change and health”.

 

 

The panel dedicated to the digitization of healthcare in Serbia attracted a lot of attention.

Vukašin Radulović from the company “Heliant”, as the President of the NALED Health Council, Prof. Dr. Ferenc Vicko, State Secretary in the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia, Zdravko Grubač, coordinator for digitization in the health system of the Republic of Srpska, spoke at the panel, while the moderator was Isidora Šmigić, from NALED.

Lots of attention was drawn to the education “Possibilities of financing through EU funds” in the accompanying program of the Counselling Conference.
