💫 Another successful year is behind us! We saw it off in our style, and boldly announced the arrival of an even more successful 2024 at the confluence of the Sava and the Danube rivers. 🥳🎉
The celebration in the “Komitet” restaurant, in Beton Hala facility, filled with joy and proofs of professional achievements brought together around 140 guests – our employees, their family members, friends and business partners. The celebration took place in the style of software developers – with many bytes of food, gigabytes of music and terabytes of laughter.
It was also an opportunity to acknowledge and thank the employees for their hard work and commitment. Vukašin Radulović, one of the founders of the company, gave an inspiring celebration speech, paying special attention to our jubilarians, who were presented with plaques for 5, 10 and 15 years of work and commitment. Below are their names, although the descriptions that were read during the award ceremony were enough for us to recognize who the jubilarians were.

A guy of unusual patience and wonderful manners. If I say – Arabic language, goat cheese, Sara Jo and Pančevo. Who might he be? Miroslav Loci – 5 years with us.
The pillar of the Heliant implementation. Tamer of waiting lists and MRIs. The woman whose ideas captivate the Minister of Health. With her heart in Šabac, but otherwise with us, Danijela Marković – 5 years with us.
The engine power of our green team. A smiling guy who knows Mercedes almost like a lab device. Đorđe Petrović – 5 years with us.
My right hand. The biggest fear of our users because she utters one of these two sentences: “You know, the contract needs to be corrected” or “All lines are currently busy”. Mom of adorable Marica. Our Đurđa Bukarica – 15 great years with us.
With us from the very beginning. The “landmark” of “Heliant”. The day can only start right when she brings the coffee. Mother of Aleksandra, Violeta, Veljko and Vesna. Grandmother of Strahinja and Đurđa. Our Nada Petrović – 15 years with us.
Great connoisseur of laboratories and the most experienced implementer of the green team. Father of Relja and twins Iva and Neda, Željko Miletić – 15 years with us.
Along with other employees of the company, they are given credits for the fact that Heliant information systems, which are used by more than 270 healthcare facilities in the country and the region, are unmatched in its field.
The celebration was also an opportunity to look back on the past year, which was extremely successful for “Heliant”, with a significant number of new clients. But, the sweetest number of the year is – 7! Seven new babies born in the families of employees in the past year added a special dimension to the celebration, which was not only a celebration of business successes and relaxation after a year of hard work, but also a reminder of the strength of unity within the company, which is of key importance for our future.
