The DigiHealth 24 conference, which is held today and tomorrow in Belgrade, is one of the most important events this year dedicated to innovations in healthcare and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in medicine and pharmacy.
Filip Maljković, head of the development team of the company “Heliant”, was among the panellists at the conference. He delivered a presentation on the topic “Navigating the Ocean of Medical Data”, that is, on how to use and analyse data collected in healthcare centres, with illustrated examples of what patient registries and automatic generation of physicians’ reports looked like.
Clinical pathways and their successful implementation in over 110 healthcare centres across Serbia were another part of Filip’s presentation. In addition, Heliant projects such as e-consultations, telemedicine and mobile application development, providing added value to users, were also presented.
The conference program covered a wide range of topics that reflected the potential of artificial intelligence in improving healthcare. Examples of the successful application of AI in the analysis of large data sets that help doctors make better decisions were presented.
They discussed the analysis of data collected during clinical research, the transformation of business in healthcare, gene research with the help of artificial intelligence, and the application of AI in diagnostics and medical imaging.
DigiHealth is an initiative of the DSC (Data Science Conference) franchise – one of the largest global movements dedicated to artificial intelligence and data science, which connects more than 100,000 experts and industry leaders.
