“The Retina Summit: Driving Change”, organized by Roche, is dedicated to driving change in the healthcare system, the ophthalmology community, clinical practice and change through science.
Distinguished scientists, university professors, healthcare professionals and experts in various fields spoke at the meeting held on November 24 and 25 in Zlatibor, which was opened by Ana Govedarica, CEO of the company “Roche” for Serbia and Montenegro.
Within the panel “Digital Age of Ophthalmology”, the “Heliant” company representative, Vukašin Radulović, spoke about the solutions offered by artificial intelligence in our country and worldwide, about experience with registries and mobile applications that could be applied in ophthalmology here, and how solutions had been developed in Serbia that connected the primary and secondary levels of healthcare protection, thereby relieving the burden imposed on the tertiary level healthcare facilities.
Beside Radulović, the panel was attended by MD Dijana Risimić (UCCS), MD/PhD Stela Vujošević (IRCCS MultiMedica, Milan), Assistant Professor MD/PhD Igor Kovačević (UCCS) and Assistant Professor MD/PhD Maja Živković (UCC Niš).
